Bunker on Board, commonly abbreviated as BOB, is a term used in the maritime industry to refer to a ship carrying a cargo of heavy fuel oil, also known as bunker fuel.

For example, consider the following scenario: A cargo ship named Sea Lion is carrying a full load of heavy fuel oil from the Middle East to the East Coast of the United States. The cargo manifest lists the Sea Lion as a Bunker on Board (BOB) vessel.
